Gramatik concert at Belexpocentar with Gramophonedzie Live Experience as a supporting act

Gramatik, one of the most renowned producers of today, will perform for the first time in Belgrade at Belexpo Center on Thursday, 23rd November. To join this one-of-a-kind concert show is a local funky/jazz group Gramophonedzie Live Experience.

The Slovenian artist, currently residing in New York, is on a two-month European tour – “RE:COIL Tour LIVE”, during which he presented his new EP Re:Coil Part I that is consisted of six songs, including the previously released singles Recovery featuring Eric Krasno, Voyager Twins featuring Galactic Marvel and Aymo featuring Balkan Bump and Talib Kweli. Beside previously released songs, the EP is also made out of new ones like Future Crypto featuring Bran-X, Goldilocks Enigma featuring Anomaly and Halcyon. This EP truly represents Gramatik’s characteristic style: deep bass lines, guitar and a recognizable sound design; while on the other hand it also explores some new influential sounds.

Speaking of influential sounds, hip-hop was among various genres of electronic music that helped Gramatik build his unique style that separated him from other musicians and brought him worldwide fame and a nomination for the MTV Europe Music Award.

Since 2008, when he’d moved to New York to sign a contract with an American publisher, he has released nine studio albums, four EPs, a great number of singles and remixes, and in 2013 he founded his own label Lowtemp Recordings that works with artists from all over the world. His best works are albums The Age of Reason (2014) i Epigram (2016). He was first introduced to Serbian crowd last year with a performance at EXIT Festival’s Main Stage.

The nine-member band Gramophonedzie Live Experience was formed in 2014 and gathers some of the finest Serbian musicians. Apart DJ and vocals, the following musical instruments are included: drums, guitar, saxophone, keyboard and percussions. In order to create a unique music experience they create a fusion of electronic and live music and destroy musical boundaries by doing so. On the night of the show, this band will perform their most popular songs like: Why Don’t You, Feels Like Love, Bitches Know, Street Lady, No Sugar. Alongside their greatest hits, the crowd will have the opportunity to hear their new songs from their upcoming album.

Tickets for Gramatik’s Belgrade show, in Blender production, are available at all Eventim and Gigstix selling stores at the price of 1790 RSD for parter and 2290 RSD for VIP.
